The Role

As a Technical Product Success Consultant, you will be a customer-facing consultant blending commercial expertise with technical proficiency to drive the adoption of the CommerceIQ platform. The role involves solution consulting, forward-deployed engineering, and product enablement. You will guide customers to leverage AI capabilities to unlock insights, automate actions, and achieve scalable outcomes. Your work will include technical discovery, platform configuration, and embedding the CommerceIQ platform into commercial and operational workflows.

Location / Travel

This position is remote from London, England with approximately 25% travel to client locations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical discovery to understand data flows and integration requirements.
  • Serve as a platform expert by configuring key features and modules.
  • Deliver customized onboarding and training sessions.
  • Consult on best practices using CommerceIQ data models and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize workflows for measurable outcomes.
  • Configure platform components including data ingestion, metrics, reports, dashboards, context engineering, and AI agent setup.

What You'll Bring

A bachelor’s degree is required with an advanced degree seen as a plus. You should have 5-8 years in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, field data engineering, or technical account management in a SaaS/analytics environment. You must be proficient with configuring enterprise platforms and have hands-on experience with data pipelines, metrics, reports and automated workflows. Familiarity with low-code tools, SQL, and BI tools is a plus. Additionally, strong customer engagement, communication, and consulting skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay range: £61,000 - £89,000 per year.
  • Potential for long-term incentives via stock options and discretionary bonuses.
