About Comforth Easyfront
Comforth EasyBusiness Analyst - Salesforce
As a Business Analyst, you will be the key link between project teams and end-users. You will contribute to defining, designing, and deploying Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business challenges.
Your Missions
- Analyze user needs and propose suitable functional solutions
- Configure Salesforce according to standards for simple and medium cases
- Create and maintain documentation for requirements, processes, and implemented solutions
- Prepare analysis reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Train end-users and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Train on new Salesforce products and obtain 2 certifications per year
- Collaborate closely with project teams and participate in continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school.
- Ability to gather and qualify business needs (User Stories, EPICs)
- First experience in the Salesforce environment
- Good communication and functional concept presentation skills
- Organization, rigor, and ability to prioritize requests
- Proactivity and team spirit
