Job Description
As part of our Lyon team, you will act as a junior Salesforce Business Analyst and participate in implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our clients' business challenges. Supervised by experienced consultants, you will be the link between technical teams and business users.
Your Missions
- Participate in analyzing user business needs.
- Contribute to writing User Stories, EPICs, and functional specifications.
- Participate in configuring Salesforce for simple to intermediate use cases.
- Assist in creating and updating functional documentation (processes, specifications, user guides).
- Contribute to preparing analysis reports and presentation materials.
- Participate in functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
- Support end-user training.
- Learn Salesforce solutions through our support program and prepare for Salesforce certifications.
Qualifications
You are currently in your final year of business school, engineering school, or university (Master's degree level) and are looking for a final internship in consulting or digital projects.
Skills
- Interest in CRM systems and digital transformation.
- Previous exposure to Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
- Good analytical, communication, and synthesis skills.
- Organization, rigor, and ability to prioritize.
