We are looking for a Junior International Business Developer Intern to join our team on several international projects.
Your Future Role
You will play a key role in activating, monitoring, and supporting participants across our events. Your missions will include:
- Contacting participants (calls + emails) and ensuring the initial professional exchange.
- Presenting the program, qualifying needs, and guiding each profile through their journey.
- Activating non-responsive participants and proposing strategies to improve completion rates.
- Ensuring commercial follow-up: engagement, follow-ups, lead maturity, registration progress, and revenue targets.
- Monitoring and analyzing project performance (KPIs, conversion rates, engagement).
- Tracking campaigns, payments, and providing regular reporting.
- Managing and updating the Vimeet platform (modifications, data consistency, checks).
- Communicating with our clients and relaying key information.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and participant experience.
Your Profile
- English C1 level minimum, other languages appreciated.
- Business school education or a background in business or events.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or commercial follow-up.
- Excellent organization, rigor, and autonomy.
- Very good interpersonal skills, professionalism in interactions.
- Enthusiastic, team player, adaptable, with a genuine desire to learn.
- Interest in business development and international markets.
