You Are
A product builder with strong execution instincts and a deep understanding of developers. You care about shipping fast, iterating from user feedback, and improving continuously. Comfortable with technical work including code, you thrive on open feedback loops and tight collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and ship high-impact features within the Opik product end to end.
- Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and make fast, pragmatic decisions.
- Engage directly with developers and early users for rapid iteration.
- Partner with engineering and design to drive execution with urgency.
- Monitor feature adoption and share updates with community and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with successful product delivery.
- Strong design and UX sensibilities.
- Proven experience building developer tools and LLM-related products.
- Hands-on experience with LLM Agents or tools for LLM engineers.
- Ability to collaborate on technical architecture and communicate across teams.
- Proficiency in using AI tools.
Bonus
- Experience training machine learning models or building MLOps/LLMOps tooling.
- Experience as a growth PM in the developer tooling space.
