Job Summary
This job is integral to delivering expert HR consultation and process support to global employees, ensuring compliance and efficiency. It involves analyzing complex issues, leading service improvements, and mentoring team members. The role is pivotal in enhancing HR service delivery and data integrity within the company.
Responsibilities
Advising employees and HR professionals on complex HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with global business processes and policies. Overseeing payroll processes, resolving compensation issues, and supporting recruitment and talent management initiatives. Updating and disseminating knowledge on core business processes to HR teams and company leaders. Collaborating on escalated HR matters, driving process improvements, and advocating policy changes with HR Service Delivery and Centers of Excellence. Investigating and resolving intricate pay issues in partnership with Payroll and Tax teams, ensuring employee satisfaction. Mentoring Tier 1 support and new team members, fostering understanding of complex HR issues and processes. Leading the implementation and support of new HR services and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams. Handling sensitive HR transactions, including terminations, leave of absence requests, and data integrity auditing. Performing regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
