- Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action item registers, and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
- Creates and maintains crucial process workflow documents to effectively support diverse business needs.
- Manages all assigned projects to successful completion, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for all project status inquiries, maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Facilitates and leads productive project meetings, driving agenda and discussions.
- Addresses potential problems proactively through robust risk management and contingency planning, presenting well-considered solutions and options to executive management for effective implementation.
- Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in critical matters.
- Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; willingness to work variable schedules, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to overall team success.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of coursework and extensive related professional experience.
- Relevant Work Experience: 7-10 Years in project management.
