Job Summary

At the heart of the product organization, the Product Operations team drives operational excellence and innovation. As a Product Operations Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives, influence critical cross-functional partnerships, and closely support a product team to unlock efficiency. This role requires an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about enhancing product teams' performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive change management, iterative process improvement, and program management.
  • Analyze, document, and evangelize Product Management processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Services, Support, Revenue, Strategy, and Engineering Operations.
  • Foster adoption of new processes with empathy and strategic influence.
  • Contribute to team strategy and planning while managing work priorities independently.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
  • Participate in international meetings as required.
