Job Summary

The Software Development Engineer 4 is responsible for planning, designing, and integrating new software and web applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring for junior engineers.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather product and technical requirements.
• Conduct analysis to determine integration needs and design new software applications.
• Develop and support software update processes, ensuring timely releases.
• Train junior engineers and oversee documentation creation for development activities.
• Monitor technological trends, competitive products, and performance metrics.
• Provide technical leadership, defending design and architectural choices.
• Work with QA teams to ensure applications meet specifications.
• Maintain attendance, work variable schedules including nights and weekends.
