Job Summary
The Software Development Engineer 4 is responsible for planning, designing, and integrating new software and web applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring for junior engineers.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather product and technical requirements.
- Conduct analysis to determine integration needs and design new software applications.
- Develop and support software update processes, ensuring timely releases.
- Train junior engineers and oversee documentation creation for development activities.
- Monitor technological trends, competitive products, and performance metrics.
- Provide technical leadership, defending design and architectural choices.
- Work with QA teams to ensure applications meet specifications.
- Maintain attendance, work variable schedules including nights and weekends.
