Job Summary

In the role of Engineer 3, Software Development and Engineering, you will plan and design new software and web applications, analyze and test integrations, document development activity, and train non-technical personnel.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements.
• Conduct analysis to determine integration needs.
• Design new software and web applications, support under development applications, and customize current applications.
• Assist with software updates and releases roll-out.
• Train representatives and operations staff on internally developed applications.
• Produce detailed documentation including designs, plans, and test results.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure specifications are met.

Additional Responsibilities

Monitor competitive applications and research current practices. Serve as a guide for peers by presenting and defending architectural and design choices. Display in-depth engineering and project management competence while working flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.
