Job Summary
The End User Content Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining end user documentation. You will convert technical and complicated information into clear, concise materials for various audiences. Collaboration with Development, Quality Assurance, and Feature Owners is essential to produce technical manuals, instructional materials, and other product documentation.
Core Responsibilities
- Interview subject matter experts and technical staff for information gathering.
- Prepare written text along with layout and organization.
- Review, critique, and edit technical documentation and design notes.
- Transcribe recordings of software demonstrations.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain an internal documentation library and coordinate special projects.
- Adapt to variable schedules including nights, weekends and overtime.
