Job Summary

Comcast Business is expanding and adding a new team to support our government vertical. As a Senior Software Development Lead - MuleSoft on the Public Sector IT team, you will design, develop, and support secure, resilient applications and systems using integration technologies. Based in downtown Philadelphia, you will lead integration efforts using tools such as MuleSoft, Kafka, and Spark, and mentor junior engineers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and enhance software and web applications.
  • Lead integration efforts across systems using MuleSoft, Kafka, and Spark.
  • Provide technical mentorship and support application rollouts.
  • Document development activities and ensure system reliability and scalability.

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with MuleSoft as a solution designer.
  • Proficiency in Oracle, Java, Web Services, SQL, and Unix debugging.
  • Experience with middleware platforms including Kafka, Kinesis, Kibana, and Spark.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • US Citizenship required and ability to pass security clearances.
