Job Summary

The Software Development SDET Engineer is responsible for validating product quality by analyzing and testing code bases. This role focuses on writing and maintaining automated tests for front-end, middleware, and database systems, reducing manual testing efforts and enhancing code consistency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Write and edit automated test code using industry coding standards.
  • Maintain automation codebase in version control systems (GIT, SVN).
  • Execute automated test scripts and evaluate results.
  • Diagnose, repair broken automation scripts and document test activities.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and team members for test strategy.
  • Generate documentation such as Test Plans and Test Summary Reports.
  • Work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
