About The Role

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing all facets of the Program to ensure alignment with Comagine Health’s strategic goals and full compliance with contractual obligations. This includes leading strategic planning and execution, establishing inclusive governance structures for cross-sector collaboration, engaging community partners and subject matter experts, developing decision-making frameworks, and directing program implementation, integration, and operation across diverse service delivery systems. The role also involves evaluating program performance and adjusting operations accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field. At least 12 years of program management experience within the health care sector with extensive experience in data analysis for program impact, quality assurance and supervisory experience. Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary teams, deep knowledge of health care regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement processes, along with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience in program management within healthcare, government health services, or social care systems. Experience with grant writing and management, familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, health data analytics, and certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar credentials. Experience with diverse populations and community health initiatives is also valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key representative of the program in an external-facing capacity.
• Develop and maintain overall program strategy, goals, and performance metrics aligned with funder directives and Comagine Health’s mission.
• Act as the primary liaison with key partners ensuring clear, timely communication on program status and compliance.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all phases of the program lifecycle from design and pilot to implementation and ongoing operations.
• Manage all subcontractors and technology partners.
