About The Position
The "Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer" leads the design and implementation of advanced security solutions, guiding teams in established secure architecture and deployment practices. Senior Engineers oversee compliance activities, coordinate penetration testing, and drive automation to improve operational efficiency. They mentor junior staff, collaborate across teams, and contribute to strategic planning and technology evaluations to strengthen the organization’s overall security posture.How You’ll Make a Difference
- Implements, maintains, and optimizes complex information security technologies and solutions.
- Develops and maintains automation and scripting solutions to enhance security operations and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate security into project planning and execution.
- Contributes to the development of security metrics and dashboards to track performance and compliance.
- Supports strategic initiatives and contributes to the development of long-term security roadmaps.
- Performs other duties as assigned, often involving leadership in new or complex security challenges.
- Mentors junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.

YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field (Master’s degree or advanced certifications strongly preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISSP-ISSAP, GDSA, or equivalent)
- 7–10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or related IT roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex security initiatives or projects.
- Deep expertise in Network and endpoint security
- Deep expertise in Cloud security (across multiple providers)
- Strong familiarity with security automation and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
