Job Description
About The Position
As Columbia Sportswear’s SAP Order to Cash Software Analyst, you will collaborate on production support and project initiatives within the SAP AFS Sales & Distribution module. As an Order to Cash team member, you will identify and recommend process improvements and configurations to the SAP AFS SD module. This work will include building partnerships across business and IT teams to document functional requirements, create functional design documents, and perform functional unit and integration tests. You will be involved in a mix of production support and new projects designed to advance Order to Cash capabilities across Columbia Sportswear’s portfolio of brands and regions.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Work with business users to gather business requirements and develop system solutions.
- Configure and support SAP AFS order to cash processes, including sales order management, customer master, pricing, deliveries, invoices, and inventory management.
- Work closely with the development team to deliver functionality that involves changes in ABAP code.
- Perform and document unit and integrated testing to support bug fixes and new functionality.
- Support end user testing.
- Design solutions to resolve complex business and system issues.
- Requires working in a team environment and collaborating with the business, other SAP functional teams, and GIS partners.
- Document functional specifications, business requirement flows, work instructions, and test scenarios.
