Overview
We're looking for a high-impact Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR support to teammates across multiple branch locations in Oregon. This role entails blending strategic partnership with hands-on execution to influence talent decisions, shape culture, and deliver data-driven HR solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to design people strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and change leadership.
- Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, morale, and retention initiatives.
- Support recruiting efforts through job design, interview participation, and onboarding improvements.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver impactful training.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Lead, supervise, and coach the HR Generalist to enhance team capability.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle ensuring a positive experience and compliance.
- Partner with Payroll and HRIS teams to maintain accurate records.
- Continuously assess and refine employee lifecycle processes for improved efficiency.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This is an on-site role based at our Wilsonville, OR headquarters. Candidates must be capable of occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Expected Hours & Travel
Full-time position with typical Monday through Friday business hours. Occasional evening work is possible. Travel up to 30% may be required.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with complex employee relations.
- SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with HRIS, preferably ADP.
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation packages are determined based on candidate experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, 401k participation, 80 hours of vacation annually, and 7-8 paid holidays. Incentives/bonuses are also available.
