Role Overview

As our Business Manager, you will be at the heart of the purchase process by blending financial expertise with outstanding customer service to create smooth, stress-free transactions. You will:

• Guide customers through financing options tailored for RVs and marine vessels.
• Coordinate insurance coverage for high-value RV and boat purchases.
• Support the sales team with targeted training on finance products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on service outcomes.

Schedule & Requirements

Work Monday through Saturday with one scheduled weekday off. Expect weekends, nights, and off-site travel for shows and training. Requirements include:

• Expertise in financial solutions management and insurance coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with lending institutions and secure competitive financing terms.
• Experience conducting training sessions for sales teams.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Capability to monitor and report key performance metrics.
