To support our expanding business and growing teams, we are actively seeking an experienced Data & AI Solutions Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering complex machine learning and data engineering projects, crafting custom solutions that fundamentally transform how our clients operate and gain a competitive edge.

Your Mission

As a Data & AI Solutions Engineer, your mission is to drive data and AI transformation within our clients' organizations by:

• Communicating with technical stakeholders to understand their needs and guide them towards effective solutions and adoption.
• Designing complex data pipelines and implementing them hands-on.
• Implementing entire data platforms and preparing data to feed AI and AI agents.
• Implementing other solution components, with a strong focus on data and machine learning engineering.
• Overseeing the creation and deployment of robust data models that support critical business decision-making.
• Acting as an expert advisor, guiding our clients and enhancing their teams’ expertise and capabilities.

Your Expertise & Experience Includes

• Fluency in SQL and the ability to work effectively with raw data.
• Hands-on experience with Python for various data engineering tasks.
• Practical experience with any key cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Proficiency in essential data engineering tools and technologies, such as Spark and CDC tools.
• A solid understanding of data warehousing solutions like Databricks and BigQuery.
• Experience or a strong interest in data science is considered a significant advantage.
• Professional level proficiency in both Czech and English.
