About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Security at Collins Aerospace is responsible for developing, administering, and maintaining security policies and procedures in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This role ensures compliance with the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, and ICD 705 while supporting a classified environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer security procedures for personnel processing, media control, and document marking.
- Submit and track investigative SF forms and foreign travel via DISS.
- Implement SOPs, OPSEC Plans, and proprietary test plans using risk management principles.
- Oversee subcontractor security via DD Form 254 or contractual methods.
- Conduct internal reviews and government inspections; investigate security infractions.
- Collaborate with the FSO on security requirement implementations.
Qualifications
A University Degree with a minimum 2-year relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field. Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship are mandatory. Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, and/or ICD 705 is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a security professional supporting SAP and/or SCI programs. Preferred candidates will have a degree in Business Management, Security/Risk Management, Government Policy, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of national security experience.
