Job Description
As a Senior Associate Assistant Manager Real Estate Advisory Consulting, your primary responsibility will be executing and overseeing the delivery of assignments. You will also provide support for business development and collections. This role involves representing Colliers advisory to clients for presentations and business development pitches. You'll need a clear understanding of client objectives and the ability to identify them effectively.
Key responsibilities include developing business models and financial projections based on market dynamics and clients’ business understanding. You will articulate and present reports and deliverables to clients. The role requires undertaking research into specific industry sectors, markets, and competitors through secondary sources and primary interactions. You will also develop knowledge of relevant industry players (both investment and development sides of real estate) and gather knowledge of the regulatory environment in the real estate industry and its effects on specific businesses.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years' experience in consulting & advisory (non-transaction).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and trends.
- Familiarity with financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Strong research and report writing abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership ability and experience, ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly, collaborative team player who is capable of working with others.
