Job Description
Colliers is seeking a Personal Assistant
Are you an accomplished administrative professional ready to deliver exceptional support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment? Colliers is looking for a proactive and driven Personal Assistant to work closely with the Director in Charge of our Sydney West office. Success in this role hinges on a 'can-do' attitude, strong administrative expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive email and diary management for the Director in Charge.
- Arranging and preparing for internal and external meetings, agendas, and WIPs.
- Managing and collating documentation, including legal documentation, agreements, reports, and presentations.
- Handling enquiries and correspondence for the Director in Charge, proactively managing client liaison.
- Organising travel and other related arrangements such as flights, transfers, and hotel bookings.
- Undertaking office management duties including stock ordering, replenishment of kitchens & meeting rooms, and issue troubleshooting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar support position.
- Advanced MS Office skills, specifically in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
