Who You Are: Matterport Assistant
As a Matterport Assistant, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality 3D scans of properties using Matterport technology. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with technology, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while adhering to clear guidelines.
The position offers flexible scheduling within standard office hours, making it well-suited for someone seeking adaptable work while maintaining daytime availability. While training on equipment and software will be provided, basic technical confidence and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues are important. Your responsibilities will include traveling to sites, setting up scanning equipment, and ensuring accurate and complete digital captures are delivered on time.
What You Bring
- Tech-savvy skills, particularly with iOS devices
- Availability to work Monday - Friday
- A valid driver’s license, a personal car, and appropriate insurance
- Willingness to drive anywhere from Hamilton to Oshawa, and occasionally to Barrie (covering the greater GTHA/Golden Horseshoe area)
- Strong planning, time management, and communication skills
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently delivering on all scheduled scans
- Maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor as you will be client-facing
- Adhering to all safety protocols set by both Colliers and our clients
Compensation & Benefits
Pursuant to Toronto, ON job posting laws, the approximate hourly range for this role is $17.60 - $20/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all Canada locations. Individual pay is influenced by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
