Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting & Sourcing: Source and screen candidates across various roles while crafting human-centric outreach messages.
  • Candidate Experience & Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews, conduct screening conversations, and collect feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • People Operations & Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding processes including background checks, reference calls, and system data maintenance.
  • Culture Ambassador & Event Coordination: Represent and build Collegewise culture through events and employer branding initiatives.
