About The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at CollegeVine, you will deliver a seamless candidate experience as we scale our AI-first company. This role supports interview scheduling and recruiting operations for roles across all departments. Ideal for an early talent professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
- Serve as primary candidate contact ensuring clear communication.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes.
- Manage interview logistics and maintain data accuracy in Ashby (ATS).
- Assist with administrative tasks, offer letters, approvals, and onboarding.
- Support recruiting operations by tracking interview progress in real time.
- Recommend improvements to scheduling workflows and candidate experience.
- Assist with recruiting projects including process improvements and employer branding.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a candidate-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS or scheduling tools (experience with Ashby is a bonus).
- Proficiency with Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack, and collaboration tools.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal oversight.
- Interest in working at an AI-first company and growing in talent acquisition.
