Join the College of Management and IT (CMIT) as an experienced Office Administrator on a 12-month fixed contract maternity cover. This is a full-time, office-based role in Bray, Co. Wicklow with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining digital records, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and correspondence using Outlook and Word
- Maintain and update digital records and databases
- Prepare and format spreadsheets using Excel
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Minimum two years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
