Role Overview: Data Analyst II, Revenue Operations
Join the Revenue Operations team that drives critical go-to-market programs across Sales and Client Success. In this role, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights, support scalable growth, and streamline commercial reporting through technology and process improvements.
What You'll Do
- PG Program Support: Prepare and manage PG quote sheets, automate reporting, maintain financial trackers, collaborate on innovative offerings, and analyze trends.
- Salesforce Optimization: Enhance Salesforce workflows, ensure data quality, and create dashboards and reports.
- Commercial Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain performance reports, monitor weekly/monthly results, and conduct special analytics projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Data preparation and reporting for high-visibility deals
- Automating workflows to support growth
- Collaborating cross-functionally with senior leaders and teams
- Optimizing Salesforce for data quality and efficiency
- Developing clear visuals and executive summaries
Requirements
- 2+ years in analytics or data reporting
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Looker, SQL, and Python
- Experience using Salesforce and building dashboards
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience supporting B2B sales, marketing, or client success teams
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role based out of our Lehi, UT office (at least two days in office per week). Salary range is $75,200 to $93,750 USD, with stock options and benefits available.
