Position Overview

The Bilingual Sales Representative role is designed for a driven, relationship-oriented professional who connects with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will assist prospective students in exploring our educational products, driving new enrollments and continuing education opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Drive and achieve revenue growth targets for assigned brands and accounts.
  • Manage inbound sales calls and outbound outreach to warm leads.
  • Build long-lasting, customer-centric relationships to understand needs and objectives.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with teams to expand the business into new areas, products, and services.
  • Maintain sales pipeline reporting and perform administrative duties in CRM/HubSpot.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • 2+ years of sales experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
