Brief Introduction
- Building and Architecting Technology Solutions using different technologies vi. SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, CPI and GCP
- Partnering with Functional and Business Experts and delivering scalable solutions
- Delivering Projects in an Agile way and Support existing applications
Responsibilities
- Deliver day to day application support
- Architect Technology Solutions for new implementations
- Manage & perform the design, configuration & testing of applications based in Outsystems, ABAP, CPI, BTP, GCP, Salesforce
- Maintain standards of system performance & reliability by following procedures, analyzing root causes & continuous improvement
- Adhere to global governance, project steps & documentation
- Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution
- Ability to design technical specifications for developers for specific custom developments and integrations to 3rd party applications
- Leverage AI in solving business problems and bring efficiency in IT and Core Business Processes
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in the world of SAP development and other technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work
- Mentor and coach junior developer resources as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) with 8+ years of experience
- In depth knowledge of multiple development tools and GCP
- Programming skills
- Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
