About HTEC Fusion
HTEC Fusion is an internship program combining hands-on project work, mentorship, and both technical and soft skills development. It's designed to mirror real client engagements, providing a complete, end-to-end view of how modern platforms are built. This edition focuses on 4 interconnected roles: Data Engineering, Back-End Development, DevOps, and Machine Learning. The program lasts for 4 months.
What You'll Be Working On
You'll be building a real-world data platform for a smart indoor farming company, working with modern tools and technologies across the full data and backend stack. This includes data pipelines, warehousing, APIs, infrastructure, and Machine Learning.

Who You Are
- A student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge in at least one of: Python/FastAPI, SQL/databases, DevOps/containerization (Docker), or Machine Learning fundamentals (scikit-learn, data processing and analysis).
- Able to dedicate up to 8 hours daily (full-time engagement) for the 4-month duration, with flexibility for student obligations.
- Comfortable communicating in English daily.
- Proactive, curious, and ready to take on real challenges.
