The Opportunity

We are building an AI-native procurement analytics product that goes beyond dashboards; think autonomous agents that surface insights, flag anomalies, and trigger actions across procurement workflows. This isn't a "shadow someone and make decks" internship. You will work directly with the firm's leadership and own the end-to-end application development from architecture decisions to deployment.

This role is for someone who is serious about building, learning fast, and making an impact from day one.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of Colab91's procurement analytics product
• Design and implement agentic workflows that automate complex procurement processes including tool use, multi-agent coordination, and human-in-the-loop decision points
• Make hands-on architectural and technology decisions in collaboration with leadership
• Work with cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks to build production-grade features
• Take responsibility for application security, scalability, and performance
• Participate in product strategy discussions
• Gain full visibility into the product lifecycle: building → go-to-market → iteration based on real market feedback

What We're Looking For: Must-Have Experience

• Hands-on experience with modern AI development tools and platforms (e.g., Claude API, Emergent, or comparable LLM/AI frameworks)
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows including multi-step reasoning pipelines, tool-calling architectures, or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom implementations)
• Demonstrated ability to build applications: side projects, academic projects, or prior internships that show you understand what it takes to ship software
• Solid understanding of application architecture principles and best practices
• Awareness of application security fundamentals (authentication, data handling, API security)
