Payments Officer

Responsibilities
- Daily payments flow control (withdrawals/ deposits in Fiat in SEPA/SWIFT)
- Settlements with Customers in Fiat on daily basis
- Control over invoicing for services provided on behalf of the company
- Preparing Statements for the Customers on monthly basis
- Participate in the month-end financial closure process
- Work with Jira, Confluence, Excel, 1C, and various banking back-office systems.
- Cross-department collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in financial operations or a similar role
- Proficient in Excel and capable of handling complex data analysis
- English language (B1+ Level or higher)
- Basic knowledge of Crypto
- Understanding of SEPA and SWIFT payment systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and responsible with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Proficiency in English and Russian, written and verbal
