About The Role: Senior Trade Analyst

This is not a typical Trade operations role. As a Senior Trade Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of trading, risk, compliance, and growth. Your work will directly impact platform integrity, trading experience, and trust at scale. You will help ensure seamless market operations while identifying, analyzing, and resolving trade-related issues in real time across exchanges. This role is critical to enabling a reliable, secure, and high-performance trading ecosystem for millions of users.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have

• Relevant Experience - 2-4 years
• Experience in Fintech/Financial Broking Space is preferred.
• Trading experience is preferred.
• A knack for making data-driven decisions with a good understanding of trade analytics.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action.
• Good communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor real-time exchange trades and active markets, developing systems for advantageous/disadvantageous trades.
• Understand and develop a framework for Trade Bust with third-party exchanges, resolving related issues.
• Perform real-time checks on account balances, trading activity, and risk management.
• Freeze and Unfreeze client accounts as per policy/agreement.
• Block client trading activity if compliance/risk review is unsatisfied.
• Maintain real-time checks on traded values, products, spreads, and market depth across order books.
• Escalate and work with third-party exchanges for Corporate actions compensations and inferior trade escalations.
• Manage funds across platforms for an optimal trading experience.
• Utilize hands-on experience in trading.
• Optimize and analyze trade data to ensure smooth exchange functioning.
• Collaborate with vendors or staff to create dashboards flagging trade-related issues.
• Be available for cross shifts and weekend shifts as per schedule.

• Trade monitoring systems consistently flag and resolve risks with minimal user impact.
• Trade busts, escalations, and reconciliations are handled accurately within defined SLAs.
• Market integrity, spreads, and liquidity remain stable across exchanges and products.
• Dashboards and analytics tools proactively identify anomalies and improve operational efficiency.
• Stakeholders trust your insights and rely on your judgment for trade-related decisions.
