Overview
At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom by building the emerging onchain platform for the future global financial system. As a Product Manager II - Platform Staking, you will shape high revenue-generating staking products, design APIs and infrastructure, and work with cross-functional teams to drive crypto adoption.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and define long-term strategy for staking protocol integrations and infrastructure
- Develop products and services for internal and external developer audiences
- Manage asset additions including network launches and staking support
- Oversee public-facing developer tools and community engagement
- Research emerging technologies in crypto and build key community relationships
What We Look For
We require a minimum of 5+ years in product management or a comparable role, strong familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for an open financial system and an execution-focused mindset to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
Team & Culture
This role is part of the Staking Platform team, one of Coinbase's top revenue generators with over $700M ARR in 2024. While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, in-person participation is required for team offsites and collaboration throughout the year.
