Role Overview
The HR Business Partner supports functional teams and translates business strategy into people and organization strategy. You will work closely with functional leaders on initiatives including performance management, compensation, talent development, employee engagement, diversity, policy, and compliance.
Key Duties
- Drive people programs and strategies to enhance culture.
- Partner with functional leaders on organizational design and planning.
- Provide coaching on professional development and change management.
- Advise leaders on team development and address sensitive people issues.
- Analyze trends using data to develop insights and influence organizational change.
- Build strong relationships across the business and People Team COEs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proven stakeholder management and solid process execution skills.
- Data driven decision making and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and comfort with feedback conversations.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
Additional Information
This full time role at Coinbase requires in-person participation for team and company-wide offsites held multiple times yearly. Compensation includes bonus eligibility, equity, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). The estimated salary range is between 176,035 USD and 207,100 USD.
