Growth Analyst, Southeast Asia

About the Role

At Coinbase's Base, we are building an onchain platform to bring a million developers and a billion users together. We believe in open source, free access and global connectivity for the crypto ecosystem, and are looking for a Growth Analyst to drive Base's global footprint in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to Web2 creators, focusing on Gen Z video influencers.
• Assist in onboarding and engaging ecosystem projects across Southeast Asia.
• Check in with teams weekly to provide support and progress assessments.
• Manage and grow the local ambassador team with guidance and support.
• Coordinate Base's presence at local conferences, hackathons and community events.
• Execute in-person and virtual activations to drive developer engagement.
• Develop internal tools, dashboards, or automation scripts for process improvement.
• Track project health and ecosystem growth using CRM tools and reporting.

Qualifications

Must haves: Strong organizational skills, previous experience in business development or community growth, self-starter, excellent communication skills, tech-savvy with willingness to learn scripting/automation, and passion for crypto and web3 ecosystems.

Nice to haves: Regional team experience, community/ambassador management skills, event operations, familiarity with developer communities, and experience with CRM tools.
