What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, scope, and prioritize key support experience initiatives.
  • Explore new technologies to elevate customer delight.
  • Lead and manage technical programs that scale operations.
  • Establish key results, write technical PRDs, and manage backlogs.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and build strategic partnerships.
  • Utilize customer data to inform experience improvements.
  • Become a subject matter expert in customer experience.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in technical program management with consumer-facing focus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
