Role Overview
As a CX Technical Program Manager, you will shape and deliver the Consumer Support technology roadmap. You will elevate self-service and automated support experiences for our global customers and lead cross-functional initiatives to develop scalable, data-driven, and customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, scope and prioritize key initiatives that drive best-in-class support experiences.
- Explore and integrate new technologies to delight customers.
- Lead and manage technical programs to improve customer experiences and scale operations.
- Establish key results, write technical PRDs, maintain backlogs and prioritize work.
- Coordinate with development teams and build strategic partnerships with CX leadership and external units.
- Utilize customer data to identify actionable improvements and drive innovation.
- Become a subject matter expert in developing a best-in-class customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in technical program management, ideally in consumer-facing experiences.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Experience writing technical PRDs, managing backlogs and prioritizing work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Nice to Haves
- MBA or higher degree.
- Experience in crypto, financial services or tech companies.
- Lean Six Sigma or green/black belt certification.
Work Environment
While many roles are remote-first, this position requires in-person participation throughout the year with regular team and company offsites.
