Role Overview - Senior Product Manager - Exchange
This role is focused on driving institutional product strategy at Coinbase Institutional. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that play a critical role in powering millions of crypto transactions per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product development from conception to launch and expand core product offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop the product roadmap.
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
- Align internal teams and communicate product vision and progress.
- Engage with institutional partners including Sales, Trading, and Operations to drive commercial goals.
What We Look For
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, prioritization and problem solving abilities.
- Proven leadership with a track record in guiding product strategy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets.

Additional Information
