Role Overview

This hybrid, entry-level recruitment role focuses on managing high volume full cycle recruitment efforts for part-time Annotation workforce and Internship programs. You will also support Recruitment Coordinators, build talent pipelines, develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for part-time and internship hires
  • Coordinate scheduling, administrative tasks and event planning for Recruitment Coordinators
  • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Update applicant tracking systems like Ashby with accurate information

What You Bring

1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a growing tech startup or scaleup. Experience with internship programs and tools such as Ashby, Testlify, or HackerRank is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with resilience and adaptability to a dynamic environment are essential.
