Opportunity Overview

At Cohere Health, we are seeking a proficient Business Intelligence Engineer II to convert data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, you will design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards while collaborating with skilled developers and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into functional requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau.
  • Optimize existing reports ensuring data accuracy and effective visualization.
  • Work closely with the data management team to ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support decision-making.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging BI technologies.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in BI report development.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong SQL skills along with data modeling and ETL experience.
  • Experience with Amazon AWS cloud platform.
  • Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

  • Fully remote position with about 5% travel.
