Practice Areas

Private Company: Serving companies from pre-revenue start-ups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises using the latest technical knowledge.

Private Funds: Leading services for hedge funds, private equity funds, CTAs, and alternative investment funds with extensive fund administration exposure.

Registered Funds: Providing audit and tax services to mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, and CITs with strong industry trend command.

Who You Are

  • CPA eligible or pursuing requirements (CPA license required for Manager level and above).
  • Minimum 2+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting.
  • Experience or interest in Investment Companies, Private Companies, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments, SOC Readiness & Compliance, or Employee Benefit Plans.

Location & Work Arrangement

Locations include Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Hunt Valley, MD; Detroit, St. Clair Shores, MI; Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, OH; Buffalo; New York, NY; Philadelphia; Pittsburgh, PA; Milwaukee, WI. This is a hybrid work environment requiring 2-3 days in office per week. (Not available for residents of California.)
