YouTube Channel Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, creative, and detail-oriented YouTube Channel Manager to help one of our clients grow and maintain a high-performing YouTube presence. In this role, you will collaborate with a creator producing both long-form and short-form video content for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Research trending topics, keywords, and best practices in the niche.
• Manage the end-to-end publishing process including uploads, titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions.
• Create or coordinate high-quality thumbnails and social media posts to drive engagement.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor analytics to track performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Engage with the community through YouTube Shorts and Community posts.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and YouTube guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or assisting with YouTube channels.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience growth strategies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones.

Position Details

This is a remote freelance position with flexible scheduling and compensation based on experience.
