About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will make an impact by acting as a proxy between the client and offshore teams. At Cognizant, you will work collaboratively with managers, primary teams, and other stakeholders.
Legal Requirements: Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (On Site)
At Cognizant, we support a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs. This role requires working onsite five days a week in a client or Cognizant office based on business and client requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a proxy between Client and offshore teams.
- Communicate requirements and document high level user stories and sub-stories for Development and QA teams.
- Understand the current and intended end-to-end customer experience.
- Work cross functionally with onshore Product Managers, Development, and QA teams.
- Identify and optimize process improvements.
- Develop Web based products.
Qualifications
- Experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and web development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Certifications in product management and scrum/agile practices are preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary ranges between $68K – $135K depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
