About the Role

As a Product Manager - Healthcare EDI & RCM at Cognizant, you will make an impact by developing and communicating new solution offerings for assigned products or services. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare team, working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full product lifecycle from strategic planning to execution.
  • Align product vision with business strategy and market trends.
  • Define and evolve roadmaps incorporating emerging technologies.
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and automation to solve challenges.
  • Build business cases and financial models to support product development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and engage with customers to define market needs.
  • Oversee commercialization and support sales, marketing, and training initiatives.
  • Bridge technical, operational, and business teams via agile processes.
  • Monitor KPIs to measure post-launch success.

Work Model:

This remote position is open to qualified applicants in the United States. Cognizant supports a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in software or healthcare product management.
  • Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems and EDI standards (837, 277, 835).
  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with AI/ML and automation platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data exchange and HIPAA compliance preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary between $113,500 and $132,500.
  • Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program.
