Cognizant is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM Technical Lead to architect, design, and implement high-quality CRM/XRM solutions for clients. The role involves working closely with customers, analyzing business requirements, and delivering robust Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

In This Role, You Will

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and define specifications.
  • Develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics architecture and integration solutions.
  • Create custom workflows, plug-ins, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Work with offshore teams in design, implementation, and testing reviews.
  • Engage in Agile development practices and data conversion strategies.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of application development experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CE Platform.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM custom workflows, integration, and SharePoint customization.
  • Agile development experience and a focus on client-specific solutions.

Salary And Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $114,000 and $130,500, based on skills and qualifications, along with eligibility for an annual incentive program.

Additional Information
