Overview

The Dutch Speaking Scrum Master acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring project success and team excellence. You will build and coach a self-managing scrum team using modern software development techniques and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high complexity work streams and manage scrum processes.
  • Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement meetings.
  • Collaborate with multiple delivery teams to manage interdependencies.
  • Coach teams to increase maturity and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, quality, goals and report progress with metrics.

Job Requirements

Knowledge: Extensive expertise in Scrum/Agile frameworks, leadership, planning, people management, and a clear understanding of business operations. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.

Experience: Proven track record as a Scrum Master with experience in SAFe, managing cross-functional teams, and using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA. Additional experience in coaching and inspiring change is an advantage.

Qualifications: University degree (MSc preferred), Certified Scrum Master, SAFe certification, and ideally, Prince2/PMP certification.
