The Opportunity: Digital Banking Consultant

Cognizant's Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Consulting team is actively seeking a talented Digital Banking Consultant with a proven background in business analysis and digital change delivery. This role offers an exciting chance to join a rapidly expanding, high-energy, and entrepreneurial team focused on collaborating with leading Benelux-based clients. You will be instrumental in leveraging Cognizant's ecosystem of clients, alliances, start-ups, and design agencies to innovate and deliver the next generation of banking products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Leverage proven experience in Business Analysis and Consulting within Corporate Lending (Commercial Lending) and related Wholesale Banking domains to help clients achieve their business, technology, strategic, and operational goals.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of managing data value chains across domains, ensuring they fuel reporting, analytics, and operational processes effectively.
• Utilize expertise in data analysis, including SQL, and data modeling to drive insights and solutions.
• Take responsibility for eliciting and organizing requirements, translating complex business needs into clear functional requirements, and leading the design of innovative solutions.
• Successfully collaborate with BusDevOps teams, engaging proactively with Product Managers/owners and senior management.
• Operate effectively within agile development environments, contributing to dynamic project lifecycles.

Industry Experience

Candidates should have direct experience of working in the wholesale banking industry for approximately 4-5 years, gained either through a bank, fintech, building society, or via industry-aligned consulting, agency, or software vendor roles.
