You will serve as the crucial link between technical execution and overarching business strategy.

The Data Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of robust data solutions, leveraging cutting-edge platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Azure. A strong command of Project Management methodologies will be essential to ensure projects are consistently delivered on time, within scope, and in strict alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities for the Data Manager

As a Data Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Data Strategy & Cloud Architecture:
    • Platform Management: Oversee and optimize our enterprise data warehouse environment, specifically utilizing Snowflake/Databricks across a multi-cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure.
    • Data Governance & Security: Establish and rigorously enforce data governance policies, quality standards, and comprehensive security protocols across all cloud platforms to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain paramount data integrity.
  • Project & Team Management:

    • Stakeholder Communication: Skillfully translate complex technical data concepts into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring everyone understands the value and progress of data initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in data management, data engineering, or a closely related technical field, with at least 2 years specifically in a leadership or dedicated project management role.
  • Project Management: Demonstrable strong background in successfully managing complex technical projects, specifically employing Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity and hands-on experience with leading project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) are highly valued.
