About the Automation & AI Lead Role
Cognizant is hiring an experienced Automation & AI Lead to architect, develop, and deliver advanced AI-driven and automation solutions. These include conversational AI, document intelligence, and multi-agent orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions while leading rapid proof-of-concept initiatives. Oversee the entire solution lifecycle from design to cloud deployment and production optimization. Integrate solutions seamlessly with business platforms and enterprise systems. Mentor a cross-functional team in AI, machine learning, and automation best practices. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Align project outcomes with business objectives.
Stand Out Qualities
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Automation roles.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI solutions including multi-agent systems.
- Expertise with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and cloud-based AI/ML services (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- Strong capability to mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
